S	SILVER SPOON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいんなら早く言ってよ～ず―――と前から、ココに中華屋さんがあるのは知ってたんだけど、クルマが停めれないのと、なんとも微妙な入り難さを感じて、スルーしておりました。最近「兎に角何でも行っとく月間」を開催中なのと、「美味しいパラフワ焼き飯探し」と「ミンチ炒めた味噌ラーメンの探索」と企画が目白押しなので今日は絶対入る覚悟で向かいました。入店時、いらっしゃいが聞こえない。。４ぶ６でダメな店やんと思いながら、メニューは開きましたが、注文はミソラとチャーハンに決めてます。。ホントはね。。気さくな感じの店主さんならミソラはミンチ炒めたミソラか聞こうと思ってましたが、聞くような雰囲気では無く。。「食べりゃ解るじゃん」と思い自分に言い聞かす。。すぐ信念を曲げる弱気な僕です。さて。。ミソラとミニチャーハン発注。。やがて着丼、着皿～まずはミソラ。。もやしがシャクシャクで旨い。。ミソスープは赤みそ系に見えて、おそらく味噌を油で炒めた焦がしみそ系の半練りの「素」だと思います、が！五香紛（ウーシャーフェン）の優しい香りがして、香りと味噌味が良い塩梅のスープでした。私は五香紛の強い香りは好きじゃないんですが、ふんわり優しく香るのは良いもんですね。６００円のラーメンに入ってるとは思えないチャーシューが入ってます、このチャーシューも香りが良かった。ミニチャーハンはパラフワと言うより、よく焼ぺっちょりタイプな感じです。味はしっかり目で香ばしい焼き上がりの美味しいチャーハンでした。。ミニチャーハンとは思えない盛りの良さに感謝です＾＾他のも食べたくなったので、ちょくちょく行くんだろうけど、美味しいんなら早く言ってよ～ If it's delicious, tell me soon ~ I knew from before that there was a Chinese restaurant here, but I felt that the car couldn't be stopped and it was a little difficult to enter, so I went through it.
