★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の所有は必須レベルの場所にありますが、敷金、礼金不要なところが良いです。
また、ビレッジハウス老間は、他のビレッジハウスより安い所も良いです。
車を持っていれば、買い出しも出来ますし、特に問題ないです。
安さとのトレードオフではありますが、エレベーターがありません。
コスパは、最高です。
ウエブ申込みができないことと、入居審査に手間取ったので星1つ減らしました。
 Car ownership is at a required level, but it is good that no deposit or key money is required.
Also, Village House Oima is cheaper than other Village Houses.
If you have a car, you can buy it, and there is no problem.
Although it is a trade-off with cheapness, there is no elevator.
Cospa is the best.
I reduced the number of stars by one because I couldn't apply for the web and it took a lot of time to check the move-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォーム済みの部屋とそうじゃない部屋が入り交じっている。
お風呂の設備が古いので必ずリフォーム済みでしっかりと見学した方がいい。
昔は老間団地だったみたいなので、地続きに独自の自治ルールが採用されている。
多分ビレッジハウスになる前から住まわれてる古参住人がまぁまぁ厄介
清掃や保全をしてくれる会社が入ってないので
草刈りがありこれまた、草刈りに出ないとお金取られる。（これが結構高い）
古参住人達が何時に帰ってきた誰か連れてきたと出入りチェックされてたり階段掃除当番があったりと、The昔ながらの団地体質そのままビレッジハウスになってるかんじです。
洗濯機はベランダで洗濯機専用排水溝はなし、雨樋に直接流す感じです。（たしか）
エアコンはついてない部屋が多いですが、オプションで付けられます。
家賃は安いです、治安まあまあです。
めんどくさい古参住人とサッカーシーズンお祭りシーズンの騒音さえ耐えれたらコスパ最強じゃないでしょうか？

The washing machine is on the balcony, and there is no drainage ditch for the washing machine, so it feels like flowing directly into the rain gutter. (Surely)
Many rooms do not have air conditioning, but they can be added as an option.
The rent is cheap, the security is ok.
Isn't it the strongest cospa if you can withstand the noise of the annoying old residents and the soccer season and the festival season?
