Not to be despised as Yamagata inland, the sushi we are proud of was delicious with very good ingredients. As you write, the general is a very good person. I am grateful that it is open until late at night.

Y	Y. Muto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瀬見温泉に泊まった際たまにテイクアウトします。こんな場所にありながら、いつもいいネタがおいてあっておいしいです。1000円のおまかせ巻物もボリュームがあって、夜に小腹がすいた時とかオススメ。 I sometimes take out when I stay at Semi Onsen. Even though it is in such a place, it is delicious because there is always good material. The 1000 yen omakase scroll is also voluminous and recommended when you are hungry at night.

Everything was so fresh and soft, even the rice! I could not read the menu so pretty much indicated that the chef should choose for me. Both him and maybe his daughter? We're so accommodating and friendly and chatty... again, i can't speak Japanese, but it made my day!!
