★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもきれいなビルですね。昔は新青山共同ビル。駅ちかで、骨董通りマックスマーラーの横って言えば皆さますぐこれました。１Ｆにレストランはあるし、地下は飲むところもたくさんあり、とても重宝しておりました。あっそう言えばマックスマーラーのある場所もガソリンスタンドでしたね～。
It's a very beautiful building. It used to be the Shin-Aoyama Joint Building. Speaking of Max Mahler on the antique street at the station, everyone was right there. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, and there are many places to drink in the basement, which was very useful. Speaking of which, the location of Max Mahler was also a gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018/12/10、偶然このビルの前を通りがかったら、とても素晴らしいクリスマスツリーが飾られていました。あとで調べたところ、青山ライジングツリー（ Aoyama Rising Tree）などと呼ばれているようです。
On December 10, 2018, when I happened to pass in front of this building, a very nice Christmas tree was displayed. When I checked it later, it seems that it is called Aoyama Rising Tree.
