さ	さゆり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のスイミングで利用しています。送迎バスがあるのが魅力で早速体験と入会申し込みしました。入会の時に対応してくださったスタッフさんは手早くしてくれましたが、あとに来た別の用件の会員の方と接客が交互になり、他にも何人かスタッフさんはいたのに分担で対応することもなく…せめて順番を守ってもらうか他のスタッフさんに対応してもらうかしてもらえたら尚良いかなと思いました。施設としては申し分なしでした。 Used for children swimming. 稲	稲村彩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在スイミング通っていますが施設はとても綺麗です。コーチも優しく子供は懐いていてレッスン自体には安心感もあります。ただフロントのスタッフ含め会員の方達とコミュニケーションをとらなすぎなのでは？と思う事が多々あります。特に毎週不信に思うのが、コロナ対策で「見学は会員1名に対して保護者1名」と書いてあるのに実際夫婦で来ている方は多いしおばあちゃんと一緒に来ていてギャラリーの人数がパンパンになるようなマナーを守らない保護者がたくさんいるのに何の対策もしようとしない所です。そもそも見ていないのか気づいていないのか。。今週は夫婦＋おじいちゃんらしき人の大人3名で1人のお子さんを見ていた家族もいました。乳児をつれて世話をしながらマナーを守って1人で見学しているのがバカバカしくなります。こちらのスタッフの方はクレーム対応やマナーの注意などスポーツ施設には必然的な対応のコミュニケーションを取るのが下手な人が多いと感じています。マナーが悪い人を放っておくと同じような人が増えていくだけです。って事を施設のどこに相談したらいいかと迷い考えましたが、こちらの口コミに多いようにフロントや電話対応が悪い事もありほぼほぼ改善には繋がらないだろうなという諦めで、こちらの口コミに書かせていただきました。スタッフの対応含め総合的に良い所を求めるならこちらはおすすめはできません。 I am currently swimming, but the facilities are very clean. If you leave people with bad manners alone, the number of similar people will only increase. I was wondering where to consult with the facility, but as many of these reviews have, the front desk and telephone support are poor, so I gave up that it would not lead to improvement, so I decided to use this review. I wrote it. This is not recommended if you are looking for a good place overall, including the staff's response.
