I think that it will be an individual evaluation in the part that says what purpose you went to that place. In my case I wanted to see the sunset and stopped by. I think that the appearance of the clouds was reasonable ^ ^
あ	ありえってぃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月の中旬に行きましたが紅葉が始まっていました。新潟方面から秋田方面へ向かう途中でしたが、遠回りにはなりますが鳥海ブルーラインがちょうど通り道になっていたため立ち寄りました。また、違った季節にも立ち寄りたい所です。 I went there in mid-October, but the autumn leaves had begun. I was on the way from Niigata to Akita, but I stopped by because the Chokai Blue Line was just a path, although it was a detour. Also, I would like to stop by in different seasons.
S	Shohei Nakanowatari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶景！冬に来れば雪が残る駐車場から、鳥海山を眺められ、夏に来れば緑いっぱいの山々を望むことができます。人が込み合う場所ではないので、鉾立より快適に、のんびりすることごできます。余談ですがトイレもあります。石碑があるところは平らな草原になっているので、少人数ならピクニックも楽しめます。 Superb view! If you come in winter, you can see Mt. Chokai from the snow-covered parking lot. If you come in summer, you can see the green mountains. Because it is not a crowded place, you can relax more comfortably than standing. As an aside, there is a toilet. The place where there is a stone monument is a flat grassland, so if you have a small number of people you can enjoy a picnic.
