m	marley caribe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍でテイクアウトのみの営業でした。店員は女性2名、先客なし。駐車スペース数台分あり。本日のコーヒー420を注文。ドリップはカリタの波形ペーパーフィルターでガラスのビーカーに落とす方式。なぜか3杯分をドリップ（注文は1杯）。（※ドリップ時間はかわらないとのことです）しかもドリップ後は撹拌せずにテイクアウト用のカップへ注いだため（撹拌したとのことです）、かなーり薄いコーヒー。シングルオリジンだからとかではなく、ただただ薄い。テイクアウト用カップの飲み口が小さく、香りが上がらないからかもしれない。店内で陶器のカップで飲むならまだしも、温めないカップに注いだためぬるい。豆の好みもあると思うけど、自分で淹れたコーヒーのほうが美味いかと。 It was a take-out only business due to the corona. A	AomoriTube青森チューブ青い森大学ウェルビーイング学部スマートシティ学科実装体験感想専攻 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンクリート打ちっぱなし風の素敵な外観と、お洒落だけど前衛的過ぎず、鼻に付かない程度にシックで現代風な内装や、アキラとかくすぐるところのある収納物、シンプルでバランスの良いロゴマーク。まぁ、店主とかコンセプトを考えた人とかデザイナーさんとかの関係者にきちんと美術 and/or 設計を学んできて、かつ、センスの塊的な人がいるのでしょう。攻めすぎてはいない店内は穏やかな空気感で、素人でも落ち着いてお茶が出来ます（コーヒーだけど、、、）豆を売ってる喫茶店はそこそこ行ってるけど、こちらの素敵な雰囲気に感化され、ドリッパーも持っていないのに、産まれて初めて挽いたコーヒー豆を購入してしまいました。（観賞用として絶賛活躍中。この素敵な豆の袋は、置くだけでお洒落になった感じで、気分も良くしてくれます→賞味期限前に美味しく頂きました）店員さんも忙しいのに感じが良くて、また、行きたいなぁ、と、心に残る良店。艮（うしとら）珈琲って店名の由来が知りたかったけど、来店客が途切れず店員さんに聞けないほど程繁盛してました。（2021年6月中旬訪問） The nice appearance of the concrete-casting style, the stylish but not too avant-garde interior, the chic and modern interior that doesn't stick to your nose, the storage that is tickling with Akira, and the simple and well-balanced logo mark.
