僕自身建設業なので、この業界を十分に理解したうえでコメントしますが、
ここで間違いは無いです。仕事も各業者の方たちが丁寧にしてくれます。
一般の方たちは大手のハウスメーカーなら大丈夫と思っている方も多いです、確かに構造や品質は安定しているかもしれませんが、施工するのは職人です。ダメな職人が施工すれば品質は下がります。家づくりも所詮は買い物なので、失敗もあるのです。
その失敗が嫌な方は、大治町で50年以上続けている緒方建設さんを選んでみてはいかかでしょうか。
家づくりは諦めたら終わりです。細かいところまで打ち合わせしてください。
これでもかと言うぐらい何度も担当者の方に伝えたり聞いたりしてください。
