建物も新しくきれいで、先生(院長先生)も優しく丁寧で、患者のことをよく考えて配慮してくれてるなと感じました。 一つ残念なのは受付の女性です。 病院の受付の方というのは往々にして高圧的で無愛想というイメージですが、こちらもご多分に漏れず…。 受付の際は診察券を出してから受付に入るまでに変な間があり、患者としては「ん?どうしたらいいの?なにか出すもの間違った?タイミング悪かった?」と戸惑います。 呼ばれるのを待っているとき、受付の方がケラケラ笑っている声が聞こえましたが、そんなに素敵な笑顔ができるなら受付するときに見せてほしかったなと思いました。 仕事を嫌々なさってるのかもしれませんが、受付で丁寧に対応してもらえたり笑顔を向けられるだけで、かなりその病院の印象が変わりますよ、と教えてあげたいです。 あなたがニコッとするだけで、世の中が明るくなるんですよ(^^) ちなみに、二人の受付の方のうちお一人が結構派手なネイルをされていてびっくりしました。 ネイルをするのは個人の自由だし、それを雇用主の病院が良しとしたならもう何も言えませんが…わたしの考えが古いんですかね。

この間、久しぶりに受診しました。 皆さんが書いてる様に、相変わらず受付嬢の対応の悪さと無愛想さにビックリした。患者が来てるのに「こんにちは」も一切言わないし、診察券出しても声かけられないから、ずっとこちらが突っ立っててもこちらが話しかけるまで無視! 患者の顔すら見ない。声が低くて何言ってるかわからない。(患者によって違うの?) 看護師や先生が優しいので受付の対応で病院の質が下がってしまって残念。

令和3年5月24日受診 とても良い先生です、私が担当していただいたのは院長先生、爽やかで好感がもてますし優しく対応が非常に良いです。保険証が間に合わず、引っ越しで新たに良いところを見つけれて本当に良かったと思います。腎臓と血圧の関係でどちらも見て頂けるのはわたし的に大変ありがたい。対応してくれた看護婦さんも可愛らしく先生をサポートされていました。 残念なのは、受付のお二人。 この病院の質を下げてる方々でした カフェコーナーもあり、広くて綺麗な医院でした。

娘が発熱してpcr検査が陰性だったけど他の病院は診察してくれなかった中こちらの病院はすぐ診察してくださり検査もして頂きました。先生も親切でまた待合室にカフェコーナーもあるので待ち時間が苦痛ではありません。 とても素晴らしい病院です!診察して頂きありがとうございました!

電話対応、受付対応共に無愛想。それぞれ違う方でした。クチコミを覗いてみたら既に同じことを書かれている方がいたので自分の感覚がおかしいわけではなく、おそらく多数の方がそう感じている可能性が高いと思います。院長さんはコメントで真摯な対応をしているので余計に残念な気持ちに… すでに指摘を受けているのに変わらないというのはもうお手上げですよね。 自分も接客業のため人のふり見て我がふり直せの気持ちで心を引き締めています。 コロナ禍において医療従事者の方の頑張りには頭が上がりません。これからも応援しています。 どうか良い受付さんに恵まれますように。

追記:ご返答ありがとうございます。価格調査頂き改定予定とのことで、真摯に対応頂き嬉しく思います。 //追記前:風しんワクチンに4500円支払いました。小山市の補助3000円適用(受付で確認済)ですので元は7500円と、割高だと思います。他で受けたほうがよかったかも。 対応等は問題なく、先生も感じの良い方でした。

こちらの院長先生はいつも的確でご丁寧な診察対応をしてくださり、とても信頼のできるお医者様です。 主人もここの先生が一番だと言っております。 こんなに丁寧に、かつ感じ良く診てくださる先生はなかなかいないと思います。 薬もよく漢方を処方してくださるのが嬉しいです。 これからもずっとお世話になりたいと思える先生です。 隣接の薬局の方の対応も、丁寧ですごく感じが良いです。
