★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔の話ですが、その日はかなり気持ち悪く、吐き気があるのに吐けない時にこの病院に行ったら、盲腸だと一発で診断されました。
その後、白井の病院への診断書を書いてくれて、再診を受けたらすずきさんの診断通りに盲腸でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女医の鈴木先生は、診断は的確。患者の話をじっくり聞いて、患者の心に寄りそい励ましてくれる、素晴らしいお医者さまです。それだけに待ち時間が半端ないです。午前中の診察時間が始まってすぐに午前の診察がいっぱいになり、午後の診察にまわされることもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく混んでいるので平日でも２時間待ちのこともあります。病院の窓口で受付してから外出できるのは良いです。
室内は全体的に年期がはいっていて、狭くて移動が大変な箇所もあります。
女医さんは親身になって聞いてくれます。
処置室のほうに通されたときに看護婦さんが喋りながらずっと作業していて、こちらのことを見てみぬふりで待ちぼうけをくらいました。「お待たせしました。」などの言葉もなく、忘れられているのかと不安になりました。
受付の看護婦さんは明るい方でしたが、他の看護婦さんはサバサバしていて冷たい感じの人が多かったです。

受付が
「混み合っているので、一旦家に帰って薬が届く時間になったら来てほしい。
優先的に治療を受けられるようにする」
と言うので、高熱の子どもを連れて帰り、時間になってもう一度来院したらすっかり忘れ去られていた。そもそも先生に話が通っていなかった。
仕方なく病院の待合室で待つことに。
さらに30分程放置。他の患者を先に先生にみさせていく。その間どんどん子どもの具合は悪化。
ようやく順番が来て、子どもを病室のベッドに寝かせて薬を処方してもらってホッとしたのもつかの間、私語ばかりしているスタッフ達が「混んでるんで終わったらさっさと帰って下さい」と…。誰のせいで悪化してベッドから動けなくなっていると思っているんでしょうか。非常に思いやりのないスタッフにガッカリしました。
