I asked for renovation of the kitchen and interior. Although it was an introduction from the showroom, it was kind and totally satisfactory and the finish was beautiful, I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工事中は感じが良かったけど、工事完了したらシカト❗️トイレ&バスの事でわからない事があっても説明に来てくれない❗️アフターサービスとか不安です。TOTOショールームさんも、しっかり指導お願いしますよ。
I felt good during the construction, but I am worried about the after-sales service that won't come to the explanation even if I don't know about the toilet & bath after completing the construction. The TOTO showroom also asks for guidance.
