o	osugi chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舟形町小国川のほとりにあります小国川観光というところです。鮎の塩焼きを食べさせてくれます。今回は松原のやな場にかかった天然鮎の塩焼きを頂きました。松原という場所は川に大きな石があって、しかも急流であるためそこで育つ鮎は身が引き締まってややスリム、顔が小さい美人鮎なんだとか。写真にある小国川の水で育てた養殖鮎も身がしっかり入っていて今の時期は天然鮎より美味しいと説明を受けましたが、ここはやはり厳しい自然で育った頑張り屋の鮎に敬意を払ってよく味わって頂きました。なるほど、子持ち鮎で栄養は卵に吸い取られたのではないかと心配しましたが、全く問題なし。身も内臓もたまごも一緒に食べた時のバランスと風味は格別。香りも味も上品かつ力強さを感じました。一度食べたら美味さが忘れられない川蟹?汁もまた美味しかった。蟹すり身団子が少なかったのは残念。 Ogunigawa sightseeing is located on the shore of Ogunigawa in Funagata-cho. h	h k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9月に入れば混み合うと思い8月21日に伺いました。 11時に到着、先客は一組で座敷に上がり鮎定食を鮎ご飯へ変更し注文しました。鮎の塩焼きや田楽が美味いのは勿論のこと、その他のおかずも大変美味しいです。山形県内では鮎を名物にしている市町村がありますが、ここの鮎が一番風味があり美味しいと思います。定食だけでも満足しましたが、塩焼きをあと1〜2匹追加すれば大満足かと思いました。 I visited on August 21st because I thought it would be crowded in September.
