道は石が多く少々歩き辛いです。
人気はありませが、バイク等が通るみたいです。
You can enter from the dead end of Kobe Youth Park. It will take about 40 minutes.
The road is a lot of stones and it is hard to walk a little.
Although it is not popular, it seems that motorcycles etc. pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兵庫県は全国で最も溜池が多いそうです。その中でこの天保池は人里離れた山中にあり完全に護岸工事されていないため湿地部分が多く、県内では貴重な多様な植物の繁殖地として保護されています。
周辺道路は車両通行止めになっているためアクセスは徒歩のみです。
兵庫青少年公園の駐車場から30分ほど廃道を歩くことになるため、最低でもスニーカー、できればハイカットのトレッキングシューズが好ましいでしょう。
Hyogo Prefecture seems to have the most ponds in the whole country. Among them, this Tempozou Pond is located in a secluded mountain and has not been completely reveted, so there are many wetlands and it is protected as a breeding ground for various valuable plants in the prefecture.
Since the surrounding roads are closed to vehicles, you can only access them on foot.
Since you will walk about 30 minutes on the abandoned road from the parking lot at Hyogo Youth Park, at least sneakers, and preferably high-cut trekking shoes, are preferable.
