部署や勤務時間によって扱いが良かったり悪かったり。
夜勤の扱いは雑。
給料は安い。定時に帰そうとする努力も皆無。
会社の利益しか見てなかったら、そうなるのは当たり前ですよね。
働いている人間を奴隷か何かと勘違いしているのでは？
追記：台風などの災害時ぐらい休業にしてください。人の命より利益の方が大事なんですか？
