★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入所の時、全くの初めてだったので色々教えていただきました。入浴途中にガスがつかなくて冷水しか出てこなくて困ったときも直ぐに駆けつけてくれてありがたかったのを覚えてます。引っ越しの際、すっかり解約の連絡するのを忘れていて2ヶ月分払うのは当然だと分かって次月から止めてほしいと電話したら、お宅が連絡しなかったから、と逆に怒られ後日電話連絡&請求書の郵送をしてくれるとのことだったので待ってるのになんの連絡も書類も届かず、11日後に確認の電話したら 口座から引き落とされてなかったらいいんでしょ？的な感じで切られて、いいイメージだったのに電話対応にすごく残念です。

I remember being grateful for being able to rush right away when I was in trouble because I couldn't get any gas during bathing and only cold water came out. When I moved, I forgot to contact me about cancellation and I paid for two months. I was waiting for you to contact you and mail you an invoice, so no contact or documents arrived, and if you call for confirmation after 11 days, you shouldn't have been withdrawn from your account. It was disappointing to respond to the phone even though it was cut off like a feeling and it was a good image.
