★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知らない道を歩いてみたい。。・・・だけど腰痛で歩けない。だから車で、徘徊をしている。大きな駐車場のある神社に車を停めて小休止。だけどこの大きな駐車場はこの神社に不釣り合い。近くに何かあるに違いないと痛い腰を辛抱して車を降りて部落の中を散策した。と、ワサビ・・信州の谷川にワサビ農園としか頭になかったので、驚きだった。そうだ揖斐川の伏流水で育てているのだ。
帰りに刺身を買って家でワサビをすりおろして食べた。なるほどという味だった。おろしたての生わさびで食べる刺身。うまかった。
