★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小鹿野の牛乳屋さんですが、秩父市街地でも道の駅ちちぶで瓶の彩の国牛乳と彩の国コーヒー、矢尾百貨店で1リットルパックの戸田牛乳が買えます。
いわゆる「高温短時間殺菌」処理の牛乳ですが、風味は低温殺菌のものと引けを取らなくコクもあります。逆を返せば、低温殺菌だともっと美味しいということです。原乳の質の高さを感じさせる逸品です。
牛乳以外に瓶の炭酸飲料などを生産していて、サワー類は埼玉県西部や東京でも多摩地区の飲み屋でよく見ます。一般向けのサイダーやコーラは西武秩父駅の土産物店などでも買うことができ、強めの炭酸の昔ながらの味を堪能できます。
※2021年現在 道の駅ちちぶでは壜牛乳の扱いなし。道の駅みなのでは、コーヒーと彩の国牛乳と同じ中身の「ちちぶ山麓牛乳」が飲めますのでそちらへどうぞ。
Although it is a milk shop in Ogano, you can buy bottles of Aya no Kuni Milk and Aya no Kuni Coffee at Road Station Chichibu in Chichibu City, and 1 liter packs of Toda Milk at Yao Department Store.
The milk is so-called "high temperature short time sterilization", but its flavor is as rich as that of pasteurized milk. On the contrary, pasteurization is more delicious. It is a gem that makes you feel the high quality of raw milk.
In addition to milk, we also produce bottled carbonated drinks, and sours are often found at bars in the Tama area in western Saitama Prefecture and Tokyo. You can buy cider and cola for the general public at souvenir shops at Seibu Chichibu Station, and you can enjoy the traditional taste of strong carbonic acid.
* As of 2021, bottle milk is not available at Road Station Chichibu. At Michi-no-Eki Minano, you can drink "Chichibu Sanroku Milk", which has the same contents as coffee and Sai no Kuni milk, so please go there.
