社長のビジネスマナーの欠如が著しい。
人の話を最後まで聞かない上に、上から目線で謙虚さのかけらもない。
施工時の管理のひどさもさることながら、2年保証期間のアフターを頼むも嫌味な口調で対応される。挙げ句の果てには、「こっちは録音しているからな」とよくわからない脅しをされる。根拠もないのに何故か強気な主張を繰り返し、論理的に物事を進めてくれない。
はっきり言って、話にならない。

・一方的な論理で話を進めようとする。
・契約を急がせる。
・相手の言葉の揚げ足を取る。
・打合せはいつも事務所を指定される。
・上から目線、態度がおおへい。
・かたくなに特定のメーカーの商材しか使おうとしない。(どうやらそのメーカー主催のコンテストで賞を狙っている様であり、顧客にとってはいい迷惑)
・契約直前でナーバスになっている顧客の気持ちに寄り添った対応してくれない。接客・応対が全くできておらず、オススメしない。
