ただ営業の方が合いませんでした。たまたま当たった方が合わなかったので残念です。
価格とデザインは良かったので一度相談してみるのはお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちの前で工事してる。道ふさがってるしどれくらい時間かかりますか？って聞いたらオジサンが「そっちから（反対側から）出られるやろ！」すんませんも無いし、私が車で出ようとするのが悪いのか？小一時間で買い物から帰ってきたらもうすっかり終わってて道、通れるやん。待ってた方が良かったやん。森田住宅の分譲地、最初から最後までこんな調子やし、早く終わってくれることを祈るばかり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家のこだわりをじっくり聞いて下さり、希望に沿ったプランを提案して頂きました。繁忙期とのことで、相談してから1ヶ月以上経ってからの着工だったのと、部品の一部が打ち合わせと違う物だったので、工事の延長があり相談してから出来上がるまでだいぶ日がかかったので☆-1にさせて頂きました。

Since it was a busy season, the construction started more than a month after the consultation, and some of the parts were different from the meeting, so there was an extension of the construction and it took a long time from the consultation to the completion. It took a while, so I decided to set it to ☆ -1.

ただ季節柄、植物が枯れかけているような感じがあるのとコンクリートの色むらが気になります

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図面完成まで少し時間は掛かりますが、提案が良く、かつ図面の完成度が高かったので、即決でそとや工房さんに決めました。イメージパースをどこの外構業者さんよりも忠実に描いて頂けるので、完成イメージがしやすかったです。
工事担当の方も非常に親切で、こちらの要望を細かく聞いて頂けたので、本当に良かったです。
また、外構工事を行う機会が有れば、間違いなくそとや工房さんを御用命させて頂くと思います。
It will take some time to complete the drawing, but the proposal was good and the drawing was highly complete, so I decided on a prompt decision from Mr. Sotoya Kobo. It was easy to create a completed image because you can draw the image perspective more faithfully than any other outside contractor.
The person in charge of the construction was also very kind, and I was really glad that I was able to hear this request in detail.
Also, if I have the opportunity to do exterior construction work, I will definitely order Mr. Sotoya Kobo.

個人宅です。
営業マンによる と他にもクチコミありますが本当にそうかと思います。当たり外れがあります。
電話にて問い合わせた後、営業マンが現地入りし見積もり依頼し作成して下さったのですが、
その後デザイン（門柱横の枕木材）の位置変更点があり口頭にて金額や内容確認し終わりました。
口頭ベースで変更点の確認し、また見積もりや工事の連絡が来るのを待つのみかと思っていたら突然インターホン押され訪問してこられました。
変更点の確認との事でしたが普通一般家庭にアポイント無しでの訪問をするのでしょうか？失礼な印象うけて金額は納得行きましたがほかの商材や枕木材の間隔など提案もなく他社よりも提案力に欠けていると思い工事をお断りしました。
他社で打ち合わせした時は枕木材は土に埋まる長さもあるのでその分を加味して木材の長さを計算して等ピッチもとても親切に話を聞いて下さりました。
残念ですが星すら付けたくありません。営業マンによるかと思います。

After that, there was a change in the position of the design (pillow wood next to the gate pillar), and we finished confirming the amount and contents verbally.
I confirmed the changes on an oral basis, and when I was thinking that I would only wait for a quote or notification of construction work, I was suddenly pushed by the intercom and visited.
You said that you would like to confirm the changes, but do you usually visit ordinary households without appointments? I was rude and I was satisfied with the amount of money, but I refused the construction because I thought that I was less able to make proposals than other companies without any proposals such as other products and the spacing of pillow wood.
When we had a meeting with another company, the pillow wood had a length that was buried in the soil, so we calculated the length of the wood taking that into account and listened to us very kindly at the same pitch.
Unfortunately, I don't even want to add stars. I think it depends on the sales position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで外構をお願いしました。打ち合わせの内容をもとに何種類か3Dパースも作成いただき、完成のイメージがしやすかったです。工事の途中、やり直しが必要な案件も出てきてしまったのですが、1週間ほどで対応いただいて助かりました。
