ドライバーにかかる人件費を抑える為に、定員以上の乗員を運転手に強要して違法なことをパートに強いていた。従わなければ解雇。万一事故がおこればパートの責任に逃げるような雰囲気であった。事故がないことを祈る。したがって収益性は良い。
