建物もまだ新しい。
町内の交流イベントなどが主だが、チェックしておくと、なかなか独自性ある企画が楽しめる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い公民館は図書館ではなく図書室でしたが、新しい中央公民館は本当の図書館になりました。地元の西山杉をふんだんにつかった温かみがある建物と設備です。建物を支える柱が太くびっくりします。入口横にあるベンチは一本杉から切り出した大きなものです。
The old public hall was a library, not a library, but the new central public hall has become a real library. The building and facilities are warm with plenty of local Nishiyama cedar. The pillars that support the building are thick and surprised. The bench beside the entrance is a large one cut out of one cedar.
