★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUUMOを見て電話しました。中年男性が電話にでましたが、名乗らない為、社名を確認したところ、読み方が間違っていたようで「違います、ちゃんと読めないんですか？」と一言言われてガチャ切りされました。読み間違えたことは失礼なことでしたが、態度が悪く驚きました、、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。宮古で賃貸を探す時は気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸物件を探してat homeのHPより電話問い合わせをしたところ、名前を名乗らない男性が対応しました。恥ずかしながら、当方は賃貸の知識がなく礼金の支払いを分割することは可能か、といった内容を伺ったところ、もともと面倒そうな印象(主観です。)の対応がさらに急ぎ足になり、通話が「もう質問は終わりでいいですか？では。」と打ち切られました。
もちろん初期費用が数十万円かかるのは既に承知で予算もあるのですが、相手はまるで契約を進めていこうという態度が感じられませんでした。
なんだか呆れてかけ直すこともせず、ここに評価を投稿した次第です。
(このあと、私のパートナーが２度程かけ直したそうですが、そもそも繋がらなかったそうです…汗)
HP上では真摯な対応を心掛けている、とのことですが…どうもそのような印象は受けませんでした。
もしここを利用するという場合は、こういった担当の方もいらっしゃることを考慮していただいたほうがいいかと思いました。
