★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉も当然おいしいですが、土鍋で炊くご飯も素敵です。炭酸水はおかわり自由なのもポイント高し。暑い時に行くと冷房効いてても暑いのでご注意を。

ファミリー層が多めな印象。
かとって、大騒ぎする子供がいるというほどでもなく
それなりに静かな雰囲気。
11時ころになるともう客は我々だけに。
住宅街の立地だけに
ピークポイントの時間は早そう。
お肉はおいしかったです。
1品、1品の量は多くないですが
良い具合にしもふってるので
ゆっくり食べてるとおなか一杯になってきます。
がつがつと早く食べてしまうと
高くついてしまうかも（笑）
話しながらゆっくり焼きながら
食べることをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生日にこの店を予約して行ったが、本当にひどい扱いだった。
タクシーが込み合ってて遅れてしまった事を言っても、5分経過したので、
時間限定サービスを断られるし、そもそも予約人数分の箸が揃ってない。
他の人が書いてある通り、注文しても店員がこないし、遅いし、忘れている、
他にもいえばキリがない・・・
暗く重い誕生日になりました。
そもそも、肉が美味しくない。高値の肉も数種注文したが、これがなんとも・・・。
同じ値段ならもっとおいしい店はたくさんある。
このお店は信条は立派な事を書いているが、
残念ながら従業員やサービスにそれが行き届いていない。
トップの質を問いたいが、もはやどうでもよい・・・。
二度と行くことはないだろう。大事な日を返してほしいが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉も柔らかくて、ビビンバもラーメンもとっても美味しかったですが、冷麺のスープはとても美味しいのですが、麺と一緒に食べると味が薄く感じました。
お店の人は、テキパキしてて対応がとてもよかったです。
駐車場が少し狭いかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で行きました。ロールカーテンで仕切った座敷の個室があるので、子連れは行きやすいです。
メニューは種類少なめです。
値段設定は、質の割に高い気がします(皆さんおっしゃられていることですが。)
店員さんの社員教育が行きと届いてないです。
本日2階席を担当された女性の店員さん、小さな子供がいると分かっているのに、石焼ビビンバを子供のすぐ近くに雑に置いて、危うく火傷しそうでした。それ以外も、気持ちのいい心遣いのある接客は受けませんでした。
人間性の問題かもしれませんが、
そういう接客を受ける可能性がありますので、皆さんお気をつけて。
あと、トイレの石鹸が切れてました。開店してすぐ行ったんですけど、トイレ掃除はしてないんでしょうか？
このコロナ禍で衛生管理のことも抜けてるみたいです。

今日はウチのお客様のコリ重傷のため、気がついたら15時半…３時間半かかっちゃったよ笑笑
で、いつも通りランチ…もうどこもランチやってない?って近所をGoogleマップで探してたら、コチラのお店16時から！
やった！ほな行こか?とw
16時ちょいに着いて1名です?というと
「18時まででよかったら」とご案内して頂けました✨
危うく予約のお客様達でワタシ泣く泣く帰るとこでした。
注文はタブレットでとのことなので、タブレットメニューを写真あげときます✨
ビックアームグループの上位店舗だけあって、接客もワンランク上！店内BGMもオシャレなジャス♪
お肉はもちろん美味いんですが、ワタシばか舌なので、ぶちさんとの違いはわからずでした?♀️
厚切りタンを頼んだら2枚だけ？って、びっくりしましたが、３つに更に切ってました?
あとご飯は釜飯ご飯がオススメ！
ちょっと芯が残った感じになりやすいので、砂時計プラス1分ほど待つといいっすよ〜
今日もご馳走様でした✨めちゃ美味かったです?
ただ、5日連続焼肉…焼肉飽きた笑笑
