に	にしゆたか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論としては、とにかく対応が最悪です。客に対しては対応が良いのかもしれません。ですが、周囲の人間の迷惑は何一つ気にしない非常識な会社なので、ここにリフォームを頼む上で引越しをする場合は隣人や上と下の階の人からは印象が最悪になると思っていただいて構いません。リフォーム工事を行っている建物の者ですが、騒音で迷惑がかかるのは分かっているのに挨拶無しで工程表とちょっとした粗品をポストに投函するだけで済ます始末。もちろん騒音は承知の上ですが、普通は「ご迷惑をお掛けしますが…」と直接挨拶に来るのが常識だと思います。 (自分が他社でお願いした時は、挨拶回りもしっかりしてくれました) それについて、どういうつもりなのか問い合わせを行ったところ「改めて挨拶に行くつもりだった」と回答がありました。しかし、実際は改めて来る気配もなければ、来る気があれば来れただろうと思うほどの日数も経っています。一通り指摘をした後、もう挨拶は結構ですとお伝えすると「はい」の一言。「この度は、ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございませんでした」も言えないのでしょうか。低レベルな対応に怒りを通り越して呆れます。貴社は社員の教育を怠っているのでしょうか。依頼する客だけに良い対応をすればいいというわけではありません。リフォーム工事に関係する全てが貴社の評価に影響するのです。少しでも会社全体を見直すきっかけになれば幸いです。 In conclusion, the response is the worst anyway.
