秋の気温が気持ちよく散歩していると、一匹のネズミが前を横切る。
宮町にネズミか、珍しい。ずっとこっちを見ている。
近づくと離れこっちを見る、また近づくと走る。まるで鬼ごっこ。久々の地元が心地よく逃げられるまで跡をつけることにした。
宮町の道路も舗装がよく行き届いておらず、縁石につまずき転んでしまった。
ネズミは？やはりこっちを見ている。千と千尋の世界にでも迷い混んだのかな？
そんなやり取りをしているうちに一軒のたこ焼き屋にたどり着いた。気づいたらネズミは消えている。
これもなにかの縁だ。初めてのお店だし食べてみるか。
とても愛想の良い店主が迎えてくれました。
値段はリーズナブル。お酒も飲める。ふむ、また来よう。
来訪から数日経っても記憶の中に出汁の味がまだ残っています。
お酒も種類があっていいね?
たこ焼きのトッピングも様々。
また来ます店主。
帰り際に店主が一言。
「宮町は道路の舗装が良くないので縁石には気を付けた方がいいですよ。」
ん？まさかね。
