You can drive up, but it's a good exercise to put it in the parking lot at the foot of the mountain and walk up to the natural house.

修学旅行の練習みたいな感じで楽しかった。
夜遅く、ベッドの中で懐中電灯を点けて翌日のフィールドワークのコースなどを予習していた奴がベロンベロンに酔っ払った状態で巡回していた体育教師に見つかり、「さっさと寝ろや、コラ」と取り上げた懐中電灯でボコられるという今では考えられない事件も発生したが、ちなみに今そいつは県北某市の教育長にまでのし上がった。
・・・・という夢を見た。

ロッククライミングあります。
冬季間は閉鎖するようです。
以前子供達が、宿泊体験で利用しました。
小学生メインで、イベントも色々あります。
The WAROCK exchange is at the entrance.
There is rock climbing.
It seems to be closed during the winter season.
Previously, children used it for their accommodation experience.
Mainly for elementary school students, there are various events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most maintained trails in this area. It's a good trail run route but there are bears in the mountains so that neccessary to carry a bear bell, radio or bear spray.
It's about 9 miles route from Shigenai via Mt. Akiba and 1670 ft elevation gains.
