ア	アイチノヒガシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回の外壁塗装において、大手リフォーム社へ依頼したところ、僅か数年で色むらや色落ちが見受けられ後悔したので、今回は建築関係の知人から紹介され、こちらにお願いしました。外壁塗装と雨樋修復、漆喰補修等をお願いすると細かく見積もりを作っていただき、わかりやすく提案をいただきました。日中は不在のため、業者さん任せのため不安はありましたが、最初の洗浄作業から玄関までのアプローチや付帯のデッキ等、外壁とは関係ない部分まで洗浄して頂き、感動しました。そのような配慮の出来る方たちのため、その後のシーリングや塗装作業も丁寧にされていました。雨樋修理も既設のものは古く同型のものは手に入らないため、類似品で対応してもらいましたが違和感なく補修されていました。漆喰作業等の屋根の補修も満遍なく施され、満足でした。作業完了報告にて基礎部分の補修や塗装等、予定になかった事までされていたことを知り、プロとはこういうことなのだな！とさらに感動。職人さんに会ったときに質問させていただいたが、笑顔で答えて頂けました。今回の作業を大煌さんに依頼して本当によかったです。 When I asked a major remodeling company to paint the outer wall of the last time, I regretted that there was uneven color and fading in just a few years, so this time I was introduced by an acquaintance related to architecture and asked here. For those who can consider such things, the subsequent sealing and painting work was carefully done. As for the rain gutter repair, the existing ones are old and I can not get the same type, so I asked for a similar product but it was repaired without discomfort. I was satisfied with the fact that the plaster work and other roof repairs were carried out evenly. I learned from the work completion report that there were things that were not planned, such as repairing the basic part and painting, so that's what a professional is like!
