★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに住んでる住人ですが、お化け出る以上に不動産屋の対応が最悪ですね。地元ではない不動産屋なので、こちらの気候など分からないのもありますが、不具合が多すぎます。先日貯水タンクの凍結などで一斉断水になりました。電話しても天災による保証は一切無し。未だに水道は全世帯出ません。溶けるまで待ってみてくださいとしか言われず、一切生活がままならない、、、消防の検査にも受かっていない。
非常階段と駐車場スペースの壁が崩れてます。なのに普通に家賃は取るのかと、対応は本当に最悪ですね(￣▽￣;)

Water is not available to all households yet. I was only told to wait until it melted, and I couldn't live at all ... I haven't passed the firefighting inspection.
The walls of the emergency stairs and parking space have collapsed. However, the response is really the worst as to whether to take rent normally (￣ ▽ ￣;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住む前からおばけが出るとは聞いていましたが、それは本当です。概ね男の人と思われます。大島てるなどの事故物件検索サイトを使ってもここが該当しないのには、名前を変えていることにあります。にしても、便器の後ろに血痕らしいものがあった以外は、家賃と立地の素晴らしい物件だと思います?
