The staff always help me find anything I can't find on my own. As a relatively unadventurous (at least when food is concerned) person, I had an easy time finding familiar goods in this store. Lastly, if you come near the end of the day you will find manually labeled half off perishables. You can also find a bin of half off unpopular food (usually American cooking supplies!) in the tea aile.
