アパートの修理等をお願いしても数週間に渡り放置され、全く対応されない。

住人が勝手にあちこち停める、ごみを駐車場に放置して、そこから隣の土地に捨てていました。
その後も片付けもなく、住人のご様子も変わりません。
びっくりしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度物件の問い合わせをした。若い男性従業員が折り返しお電話します…といってから、メールも電話も返事は全くなかった。こんな不動産会社は初めてです。
結局他の不動産屋で、ここが管理する物件を借りたが…また借りた後も対応の悪さが目立つ。
I made an inquiry about the property once. A young male employee will call you back ... I haven't heard any emails or phone calls since. This is the first real estate company like this.
After all, I rented a property managed by another real estate agent, but even after renting it, the poor response is noticeable.

入居時も退去時も対応が悪く、こちらから催促しないと動いてくれません。
もう2度とダイワリビングに住みません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話をかけ直すと言っておきながらいつまで経ってもかけ直さない。最低限かけ直すなら何日の何時かを言うべきだしましてやすっぽかすなんてありえない。無責任な会社です。
I said I'd call back, but I wouldn't call back forever. At the very least, if you call back, you should say what time of day it is. It's an irresponsible company.
