Y	Yoshikazu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 翁達磨一門。大自然の中から遠くの海を見渡し頂く二八蕎麦は格別です。蕎麦のお品書きは4種類。ざるそば、おろしそば、鴨せいろ、田舎そば。田舎そばは、金曜と土曜のみ。蕎麦は二八。コシがあって角がしっかりとした蕎麦です。蕎麦を噛むと同時に蕎麦の香りが鼻を抜けて行きます。蕎麦つゆは濃くなく甘くもなくスッキリ・キリッとしたつゆです。蕎麦の量は男性には物足りないと思いますが、ここはおかわりできます。さらに200円引き！なかなかおかわりできるお店が少ないだけに嬉しいです。３皿もおかわりさせて頂きました。ありがと〜ございます。ご馳走さまでした。 Oda Daruma Ichimon. 真	真仁PRO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山間のお宅の一階を改装されて落ち着いた雰囲気の蕎麦屋さんです。店内から遠くに明石海峡が望めます。蕎麦は、二八蕎麦でつゆは甘みが少なく、スッキリした江戸蕎麦の様なつゆでした。醤油と鰹節の風味は出てますが、甘みと旨味は少ないので好みが別れるつゆかと思います。蕎麦は至って普通の二八蕎麦腰も香りもそれなりに満足出来るかと思います。ザルが900円です、ポーションは非常に少なく、初老の私でも満足するには3斤は必要 2斤めからは、700円となりますが、満足するには、2300円かかると考えるとこのレベルでは高すぎる設定かと思います。女性でも普通に2斤は食べるであろう量なので、ガッツリ食べたい若い方には不向きな店付け合わせの薬味も少ないので、お隣の方が山葵を追加で少し欲しいと頼まれてましたが、生おろし山葵とはいえ小指の爪の先程度の山葵で200円は取り過ぎ！蕎麦屋に良く有る、高飛車な雰囲気でゲンナリさせられてしまいました。 It is a soba restaurant with a calm atmosphere after the first floor of a mountain house has been renovated.
