コロナで休業の貼り紙も小さ過ぎて入口ドアに近付かないと読めず。HPにも記載が出ない等、顧客に対するサービスがイマイチ。改善を望みます。

 I use an ATM, but it is inconvenient because I cannot use it after 17:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays.
The sticker that was closed at Corona was too small to read unless I approached the entrance door. The service to customers is not good, such as not being mentioned on the HP. I hope for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衝立で個別スペースになっているカウンター３つと、ATM１つのみの小さな店舗です。手続きが必要なことがあり、子連れで訪問しましましたが、対応が良かったです。店舗入ってすぐに受付の方が声かけてくださり、対応頂いた女性の方も朗らかで良かったです。時間がかかったので段々とうるさくなる子供にも嫌そうな対応されなかったのが嬉しかったです。(叫んだりはしないよう私と話して気を逸らしてたので、私と子供の声が常にしてたと思います、、)
It is a small store with only 3 counters and 1 ATM, which are individual spaces in the tsuitate. I visited with my children because I had to go through some procedures, but the response was good. Immediately after entering the store, the receptionist spoke to me, and it was good that the women who responded were cheerful. It took a long time, so I was happy that I couldn't deal with children who were getting noisy. (I was distracted by talking to me not to scream, so I think the voices of me and my kids were always there ...)
