M	MARU c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ぶりにバスの予約へ。ココから関空や色々な場所へバスが出ています。バスのチケットの発券カウンターが各バス会社にて変更になっていました。しかし、JRバス、日本交通のカウンターに居てる若い女性。愛想の欠片もないですね。もう少し会社はしっかりと接遇を学ばせるべきでは！？(2021/8) ↑↑↑ これから半年後再度OCATへ。日本交通の窓口を利用しましたが少し年配の方に対応してもらいました。その方は、とても感じの良い対応をされていました。日によって担当の当たり外れがあるんですかね。OCATの１階には沢山お店が入っていたのに何件か潰れてて寂しい感じになっていました。ダイソーお酒のやまや、お土産屋さん等は残っていました。(2022/2) To book a bus for the first time in a year. Buses leave from here to Kansai International Airport and various places. The ticketing counter for bus tickets has changed at each bus company. However, a young woman at the counter of JR Bus and Nihon Kotsu. There is no fragment of amiability. The company should learn how to treat people a little more! ?? (2021/8) ↑↑↑ Six months later, I will go to OCAT again. I used the window of Nihon Kotsu, but I asked a little older person to handle it. That person had a very pleasant response. Is there a hit or miss in charge depending on the day? There were many shops on the 1st floor of OCAT, but some of them were crushed and I felt lonely. Daiso Sake Yamaya and souvenir shops remained. 旅	旅浪漫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 放送設備がないので、バスが到着してもわかりません。係員が大きな声で叫ぶだけなので、自分自身で発車時間前にバス乗り場の前で待っておかないとほっていかれます。一年ほど前にエスカレーター、チケット売り場の場所が変わりました。 There is no broadcasting facility, so I don't know when the bus arrives. The clerk just shouts out loud, so I'm told that I have to wait in front of the bus stop before the departure time. About a year ago, the location of the escalator and ticket office changed.
ぱ	ぱぱぴーk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難波にあるバスターミナルです。かれこれ10年ほどお世話になっていますが、活気がないですね…お店ができては閉店の繰り返しで、昔はバスターミナル上に大きな本屋さんや輸入店もありましたが次々閉店してしまいより一層寂しい感じです。 It is a bus terminal in Namba. I've been indebted for about 10 years now, but it's not lively ... When the store was opened, it was closed repeatedly. In the past, there were big bookstores and import stores on the bus terminal, but they closed one after another. I feel even more lonely.

A	Adrienne Hruby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus terminal is conveniently located on the second floor and destinations and times are pretty well marked. Buses to KIX Airport do tend to get BUSY and FILL UP so best to go early to make sure you get a seat and make it to the airport on time.
