車で行く時は『塞ノ神農村村公園』を指定するといいでしょう。
公園も綺麗でのんびりできます。

When you go by car, you should specify “Fornogami Rural Village Park”.
The park is beautiful and you can relax.

駐車場が分からず畦道をかき分けて行きましたが、国道上に案内標識があればもっと多くの人に見てもらえると思う。
I was expecting a little bigger rice field art.
I didn't know the parking lot and went through the road, but I think more people will see it if there is a guide sign on the national road.

駐車場は２０台くらい止められます。トイレもあります。
展望台に登ると見晴らしがいいですよ。
You can see rice field art from the end of summer to autumn.
About 20 cars can be parked in the parking lot. There is also a toilet.
The view is good when you climb the observatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台から田んぼアートが鑑賞出来るが、下から見ても十分だった。実際に自分の目で見るとその迫力に驚く。ぜひ写真よりも自分の目で見ることをお勧めする。
You can see rice field art from the observatory, but it was enough to see from below. When you actually see it with your own eyes, you will be amazed at its power. I highly recommend that you look at it with your own eyes rather than photographs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きました。展望台にいるととてもいい風が吹いてきて癒される感じでした。展望台までは公園になっていて、癒しの空間としてとても良いと思います。トイレもキレイで、とてもいい公園です。
I went there for the first time. It was a feeling that a very good wind blew and healed when I was on the observation deck. It is a park up to the observation deck and I think it is very good as a healing space. The toilet is beautiful and it is a very nice park.
