★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が入居してます。一部のスタッフの対応最悪。世話してあげてるというような態度です。平気でにらめて来る。口調が押さえつけるような感じで言ってくる。さらに帰る時、近くに居るのに知らないふり。更に、家族に連絡なく、勝手にカンファレンスセッティングする。職員、介護用品業者、介護支援専門員は時間も含め連絡されてました。契約書の署名捺印も、いきなりです。説明して納得した上で、署名捺印もらうのが普通です。生活保護などの話があると呼ばれ行ったら、突然前月分の領収書差し出しました。請求書もらっていれば、お金持って行きました。あまりにも不適切な対応。他の施設の方がいいです。さらにお守りは体の近くに置くのが本来ですが、テレビ台の上に置かれていました。退去の時、持参した、メガネ、タオル、バンドが無くなってます。いい加減です。本当は星0です。
