文化センターの芝生の広場でガルパンキャラの誕生日イベントの際に、トイレを快く貸していただきました。
町全体が優しくて温かいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の諸用にて寄らせていただくことがありますが、もう少し仕事をしている意識を持たれたほうがよろしいかと思うことしばしば……。特に入ってすぐの住民課の皆様、集まって大声でお喋りと大笑い、来た人は皆見てますよ。
自分達の言動が第三者からはどう見えるのか、たまに振り返りも必要かもしれません。隣接する役所ではあまり見られる光景ではありません。
お伺いする度に自分が襟を正す見本にさせていただいています。
I may drop by for various purposes of the company, but I often think that it is better to have a little more awareness of working. Especially, everyone in the Residents' Section right after entering, gathered and talked loudly and laughed, and everyone who came was watching.
Sometimes it may be necessary to look back on what our words and actions look like to a third party. It is not a common sight at the adjacent government office.
Every time I visit, I use it as a sample to correct my collar.

（子供が大洗に住むことになったので、役場を訪れました。）
んん～と思ったこと。
・階段が暗い。
・大洗町役場への案内標識が少ないので、道に迷う。
おお～と思ったこと。
・職場の方々が自発的に「こんにちは」と声をかけてくれる。
・初めての地域だったので、「ハザードマップ、ごみ処理」などのパンフレットを探しているときに、「何かお手伝いしましょうか？」と声をかけてもらった。
・いろいろな職員さんから「人との交流をお手伝いしたい」、という意気込みを感じた。
（川口市役所なら、順番番号を発券し、窓口に訪れても、「部署が違います。あちらでもう一度、発券してください。」とあくまでも事務的な感覚の職員の集まり。 川口市のハローワークなんてもっとひどいです。）
大洗町役場の方が、川口市役所を視察した場合、
・すごく立派な建物
・訪問者が多い
は、すぐにわかると思いますが、同じ職員として「川口市役所・・・なんだこれ？」と感じると思います。
When comparing Kawaguchi City Hall in Saitama Prefecture and Oarai Town Hall.

・ The stairs are dark.
・ There are few guide signs to Oarai Town Hall, so I get lost.
What I thought.
· Members of the workplace is us over the voice and voluntarily "Hello".
・ Since it was my first time in the area, when I was looking for a pamphlet such as "Hazard map, garbage disposal", I was asked "Would you like to help me?"
・ I felt enthusiasm from various staff members, "I want to help interact with people."
(At Kawaguchi City Hall, even if you issue a turn number and visit the counter, it is a gathering of staff with a clerical feeling, saying, "The department is different. Please issue the ticket again there." It's awful.)
