治療方針も一方的で威圧感があった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長い間、通院しているが、2018年もしくは2019年後半から、看護師さんが素人なのか研修中なのか、何も知らない様子でとても心配です。ひとこと「研修中ですので」と事前に断ってくれればよいのですが、ドクターの指示もわからないようすで慌てていて「ちょっとお待ちください」と言い残してどこかに行っちゃう始末。人手不足なのでしょうか？患者としてはとても不安になります。反面、事業拡張とかで病院を他に設立するので看護師募集の求人広告が院内に掲載されているけど、まさかベテランをそちらに送り込んでこちらは新人でまかなうか！？とこれまた心配になります。

On the other hand, since we will establish another hospital for business expansion, a job advertisement for nurses is posted in the hospital, but I wonder if we can send veterans there and this is a newcomer! ?? I am also worried about this.
