k	kyushuirbank3des on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売りに出されている中古別荘があったので見学に行くことにした。おおまかな住所は聞いていたが山の中で結構複雑だったので管理センターで聞いて見ることにした。応対に出たオッサンが言うことには、この山全体が1つの住所だ!などと言いながらヘラヘラ笑っている。その後も不愉快な対応が続くのだが、長くなるのでこれだけにしておく。担当の不動産屋さんも電話対応で似た様な不愉快な思いをされたらしい。こんなサービスのサの字も知らない様な人間に人の応対をさせてはいけない。人との接触の無い草刈等にのみ限定すべきだと強く思った次第であります。 There was a second-hand villa for sale, so I decided to go on a tour. I strongly felt that it should be limited to mowing grass that does not come into contact with people.
N	Naoki Yamazaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社名から想像しますと、高原全体を管理しているような感覚を抱きますが、実際は高原内に既に建設されている別荘の保守、点検、清掃、修理、リフォームを行なっている会社です。別荘のオーナーが年単位で任意契約するシステムで、あくまで別荘を購入した後にお世話になる会社です。管理費も軽井沢や八ヶ岳の別荘地と比較すると格段に安価な為、別荘を持ったら契約することをお薦めします。水道管が凍ってしまったり、凍結防止の水抜きなど寒冷地特有のトラブルやその対策はプロにお任せした方が確実で安心です。社員さんは少ないので連絡がつかないことも有りますが、皆さん親切な方ばかりです。中古別荘の斡旋や販売はしてないので、もし購入前なら前に有る観光センターに相談するのが良いと思います。 Imagine from the company name, it feels like you are managing the entire plateau, but in reality it is a company that maintains, inspects, cleans, repairs, and remodels the villas that have already been built in the plateau. We do not arrange or sell second-hand villas, so if you haven't purchased it, it's a good idea to consult with the tourist center in front of you.
