★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 共働きで出勤が早いため7時台に保育をお願いしても、職員に負担？がかかるから○時にしてくださいと言われる。強い口調で言われ、早い時間に保育をお願いしなければいけない理由を何度も伝えても無意味。書類に記載してある規定時間に預けさせていただけないのであれば早朝保育時間の記載をしないでほしい。保育料もきちんと支払っており、この対応には酷くショックを受けております。ギリッギリの中 預けて出勤をしなければいけないので、毎朝物凄くストレスです。

It is meaningless to tell the reason why you have to ask for childcare at an early time because you are told in a strong tone. If you are not allowed to leave your child at the specified time stated in the documents, please do not mention the early morning childcare hours. I have paid the childcare fee properly, and I am very shocked by this response. It's very stressful every morning because I have to leave it in the last minute and go to work.
