店内はとても綺麗で女性スタッフさんが多く、私も友達も安心できました。
不動産って男の営業さんがガツガツくるイメージがありましたが、ここの女性スタッフさんはとても親身になってくれて、私も家を探すときは、ココにお願いしようと思ったくらいの気持ちいい対応でした(^^♪
友達のお家も決まって安心です☆

修理対応など、対応がおっっっそいです。
しかも、大家がケチな性分で、自分で直すと言って修理に来て、結局直ってなくて修理業者呼んで…
忙しい中、その日その時間に家に居るように都合をつけなきゃいけないのに、二度手間。そんなことが二度三度ありました。
家賃について、1日でも入金に間に合わないと鬼のように電話をかけてきて、その日の内に保証人にまで電話します。
そのくせ敷金の精算について、こちらから催促しないと実行しません。
１ヶ月以上経って見積もりが届かないので連絡すると「忘れてました」のような返答で、呆れました。
その1週間後にようやく届いた見積書に納得のいかない請求内容があり、こちらから連絡するもまた1週間以上連絡無し。
退去から２ヶ月ほど経っても敷金の精算がありません…
自分たちのお金が損になるような部分に対してだけ一生懸命で、クレーム対応や修理の依頼、敷金精算などには怠慢な会社。

I didn't receive the quote after more than a month, so when I contacted him, he said "I forgot" and was amazed.
One week later, I finally received a quote that I wasn't satisfied with, and I contacted him, but I didn't contact him for more than a week.
Even two months after moving out, the deposit has not been settled ...
A company that works hard only on the parts where its money is lost, and is negligent in dealing with complaints, requesting repairs, and deposit settlement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせの際に管理番号を伝えるのですが毎回かなり待たされます。挙げ句「本当にその番号ですか？」と言われました。管理番号自体が変わっているようで見付けられないとのことでした。管理番号の意味がないので迅速に記載を変更してください。こちらが悪いかのような対応をされるのはとても不愉快です。それからかなり経ちましたが未だに記載の変更はされておらず、ずっと『空き有』のままなのですが毎回「埋まっているので空きが出来たら連絡します」と言われます。信用出来ません。
追記
この投稿をしてからたまたま見る機会があったのですが『空き無』に変わっていました。エゴサには力を入れているようです。

物件を内覧できる時間がかなり限られてたのですが、新潟駅までスタッフの方がお迎え&お送りしてくださり、事前に打ち合わせしていたこともあり、効率よく物件を見せて頂き、良い物件に決める事が出来ました！
地元で長く営業されてるらしく、地元のことを良く知ってて安心出来ました。
