★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域周辺で引き受けが難しい、意識の無い寝たきり無理な方を積極的に引き受けてくれます。職員さんは忙しそうですが丁寧です。病院との連携もありリハビリに積極的な所かも知れません。長く居たい方はお勧めです。
設立当初はスタッフさんの入れ替わりが激しく仁厚会病院から委員長が施設庁を兼任していました。入所数を増やす為、ぎっくり腰を起こしたり、精神的に苦痛な状況の負担が多くスタッフさんは随分辞められたそうです。開設当初から残っているスタッフさんは数人しかいません。
 It actively accepts unconscious bedridden people who are difficult to undertake around the area. The staff seems to be busy but polite. It may be an active place for rehabilitation because of the cooperation with the hospital. Recommended for those who want to stay for a long time.
At the beginning of the establishment, the staff changed rapidly, and the chairman from Jinkōkai Hospital also served as the facility agency. In order to increase the number of admissions, the staff seemed to have quit a lot because of the burden of getting upset and mentally distressed. There are only a few staff members left from the beginning.
