前回茶髪の店員さんが神対応で2足購入し、今回も買おうと来店した。
しかし今回の黒髪の店員さんがありえないほど失礼な態度だった。
「これのLサイズお願いします」と言ったら「裏面に在庫シールが貼られてます」と言われて、裏面見たらLは在庫なしになってた。「すみません、Lは品切れなんです」とか言ってくれればいいのに遠回しで不親切だなと思った。
そのあともミュールみたいなやつ履こうとしたら「素足はご遠慮ください」ってキレてるトーンで言われた。
このタイプの靴の試着で素足が駄目なの知らなかったんだからそんなキレなくてもいいんじゃないか、と思った。
そのあともとにかく失礼な態度でこっちもキレそうになったので結局買わなかった。
店員さんに神対応までは求めてないし、新人さんのミスとかは全然許せる自分だが、正直新人だとしても失礼過ぎると思った。普段一切クレームを言わない自分がここに投稿していることに自分でもびっくりしている。
テンプレを喋ってることによって冷たい印象になってるだけかもしれないが、本当に失礼すぎた。お店の売上に関わるレベルだと思うので研修からやり直させたほうがいいと思います。
靴じたいは良いものを売ってるが、あの店員さんがいるときは嫌な気持ちになるだけなのでしばらく行かないと思う。
☆1にしたいところだが、前回行った時の茶髪の店員さんが神対応だったので☆2にしておきます。今回も茶髪の店員さんだったら☆5にしていたと思います。

Last time, a brown hair clerk purchased two pairs of gods and visited this store to buy again.
However, this black hair clerk was so rude.
When I said, "L size of this please," I was told "I have a stock sticker on the back," and when I saw the back, L was out of stock. “I ’m sorry, L is out of stock,” but I thought it ’s unfriendly.
After that, when I tried to wear something like a mule, I was told with a crisp tone that “please refrain from bare feet”.
I didn't know that my bare feet were bad in trying on this type of shoes, so I thought I shouldn't have to be so crisp.
After that, I didn't buy it after all because it seemed to be ridiculous with a rude attitude.
I didn't ask the clerk to deal with God, and I could forgive the newcomer's mistakes at all, but I thought it was too rude to be honest. I'm surprised that I don't usually make any complaints and post here.
It may be just a cold impression by hitting the template, but it was really too rude. I think that it is a level related to the sales of the store, so it is better to start over from the training.
I want to buy shoes, but I sell good things, but when that clerk is there, I just feel uncomfortable so I don't think I'll go there for a while.
☆ I want to set it to 1, but the brown hair clerk when I went last time was God-friendly so I set it to ☆ 2. If you were a brown hair clerk this time, I would have set it to 5.
