 Tsuzumigataki was surrounded by greenery and didn't look very good, but I'll attach an image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雌滝から階段を登り雄滝に向かう途中左手に見えるのが鼓滝です。滝自体は木々に阻まれてよく見えないですが、新神戸駅からすぐとは思えない六甲山地の立派な岩肌が見られます。
On the way up the stairs from Metaki to Otaki, you will see Tsuzumigataki on your left. The waterfall itself is blocked by trees and you can't see it well, but you can see the magnificent rock surface of the Rokko Mountains, which you can't imagine right from Shin-Kobe Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not much more than a rest stop. Very peaceful and a good spot to sit. These falls are a bit underwhelming but still provide a good backdrop to a quiet meditation. This is the "female" falls, perhaps because of the smaller size. The walk up to the "male" falls is quite steep but not far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to visit for some tranquility, I really enjoyed having a beer and some snacks at the little bar that is located at the falls, I really suggest you ignore the tourist prices at the top of the hill and go to this local spot which has been there since 1915, really lovely lady who was there, very friendly and such a nice view with drinks for walk down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small hike from Shin-Kobe station, and be extra cautious if you were to hike during a rainy day as the mosses on the floor can get really slippery.
