Y	Ye Ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大切にしていたジャケット・コート類を全てダメにされました。朝には並んでいることもあり利用者が多そうで安心できるかなと思い利用しましたが、最悪の状態で返ってきました。全て色が褪せてテラテラ。ジャケットは型がよれ、ベロア生地は潰されて特に袖口辺りがカリカリにプラスチックのように変質してしまいました。傷みを店員に指摘すると「生地が古いからしょうがないです」と謝罪もなくそっけなく一言。シミの取れていない衣類についても「もっと傷みますけどやりますか？」と。もう呆れるやら悔しいやら、大切な衣類だからクリーニングに出すのに、こんなことなら家で自分で水洗いした方が良かったです。ほんとは気軽に１点から出せる店舗が良いのですが、今は宅配のクリーニングを見つけてそちらを利用しています。満足のいく仕上がりで出すたびにたんぽぽの酷さを再認識します。もう何年か経ちますが未だに店の前を通るとイライラします。品質・店員の態度共に最悪です。絶対におすすめしません。 All of my cherished jackets and coats were ruined.
