もともとは「伊皿子貝塚」という貝塚が有った所で地名にも残っていますが今は面影はありません。
建物としては確か財閥系のお屋敷を経て、戦時中？戦後間もなく？はインターナショナルスクールか何かだったと思います。
ですので今でこそオフィスビルですが、中の構造は「確かにこりゃ学校だよな」と感じさせるところが随所にあります。
NTTデータさんも長いことこの地、このビルに住まわれていると思うので、何か地域の歴史を振り返るような取り組みをされてはいかが？
