★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まずはいろいろお話しをお聞きして、きちんと「本当に私達が迎えられるか？」などを確認し、まずはご相談したくて来店しました。他の方の口コミでスタッフの方が感じが良いとあったので『相談をしやすいのかな？』と思いながらこちらからお声をかけさせていたたきましたが、ビックリするほど冷たい返答をされ「アナタ達には渡したくない」というような空気で驚いてしまい、その一言以上何も質問できず、悲しい気持ちで帰ってきました。皆さんの口コミ通り、他の方には親切にされているのなら、何故私達があのような対応をされたのか分かりません。

施設への叱咤激励に対して代表は、何も理解されていないのか、うわべだけ反省の弁を述べるだけに感じました。
SPA支援者(取り巻き)によるコメントも酷かった。代表を応援するだけにしておけば良いものを叱咤激励者の人格を貶めるような誹謗中傷コメントをしては建設的な意見は論じあえません。

The comments from the SPA supporters (surroundings) were also terrible. I can't argue constructive opinions if I make a slanderous comment that detracts from the personality of the encourager who scolds me for something that should only be supported by the representative.

アクリル板？越しでペットショップみたいな。
どうしていいのかわからず、ただ眺めて終わりました。
もう少し積極的に売り込んでもいいのではと。
ワンコもにゃんこも可愛かったのですが…。

普段の保護施設と違って見た目が寄りやすいおしゃれな空間で、とても動物たちの幸せを考えているところです！
ペットショップではないので気軽に犬猫を家に連れて帰る事を勘違いで期待してしまう人もいるんですが、スタッフさんにはお話しと相談できます！
自分もその施設のスタッフとコンセプトが大好きで自宅の準備ができましたら保護犬を家族に迎えることにしました！
（公式インスタのほうでは現在施設にいる猫と犬たちの紹介や最新情報がアップされているので、里親に興味を持った方は来店する前にチェックするのがおすすめです！）
譲渡手続きやサポートもしっかりやっていただいて、自分の家族だけではなく、たくさんの犬と猫と新しい家族と繋いだとても素敵な施設です❤️
今後も東京都内でペットショップではなく、保護施設から動物を家族にすることが普及するように、SPAさんずっと応援します！❤️
A dog and cat shelter in the Omori shopping district!
It's a fashionable space that looks different from the usual shelter, and I'm thinking about the happiness of animals!
It's not a pet shop, so some people mistakenly expect to take their dogs and cats home, but you can talk to the staff and talk to them!
I also love the staff and concept of the facility and decided to welcome a protected dog to my family when I was ready for my home!

The shop is clean and looks like recently built.
They take care of the pets on their care very well, also it seems they have volunteers that will take the dogs for a walk.
