★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おでんせというグループリビングも同時経営しています。画期的な高齢者シェアハウスです。NHKなどでも紹介されています。あくまで個人の生活は守られ、夕食だけは皆さんで一緒に召し上がるそうです。何人かのシェフ（？）が腕をふるい、しかも予定のある人はNGも可。食後は希望者は麻雀などで楽しんでいるそう。皆さん生き生き毎日を過ごしてらっしゃいます。
