ここでパンク修理をしてもらったのですが、車で家まで持って帰って翌日の朝乗ろうとしたらパンクが直っておらず空気が抜けていました。

As you said, the clerk's attitude is too bad. I didn't think that just repairing a flat tire would make me feel uncomfortable. If I had seen the reviews in advance, I would have gone elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低の店。非常に態度が悪くやる気ない店員がいますが、驚くべきことにそれが店長です。
この店は仏のような広い心と、菩薩のような慈悲深さを持った人間のみ利用すべきでしょう。でないと、お金を払って非常に気分の悪い思いをする羽目になりますので注意してください。
自転車の購入・修理となると、知多市内では選択肢が少ないでしょうが、他店を当たることを”強く”お勧めします。
態度が悪く本当に腹が立ちました！
The worst store. There is a clerk who is very unwilling and unmotivated, but surprisingly that is the manager.
This shop should only be used by people with a broad heart like a Buddha and mercy like a Bodhisattva. If you don't, you'll end up paying and feeling very sick, so be careful.
When it comes to buying and repairing bicycles, there are probably few options in Chita City, but we strongly recommend that you hit another store.
I had a bad attitude and was really angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店3時間前にパンク修理の依頼を出して、なおかつ次の日に使いたいから直してと無理なお願いをしたのにもかかわらずokしてもらえてとても助かりました。態度はたしかに悪かったですが、私は満足しています、ありがとうございました。態度うんぬんを求めてる方は大手の量販店で購入した方がいいのでは？w個人経営の店に何を求めているのやらww。
I made a request for a flat tire repair 3 hours before the store closed, and even though I made an unreasonable request to fix it because I want to use it the next day, it was very helpful. The attitude was certainly bad, but I'm happy, thank you. If you are looking for an attitude, why not buy it at a major mass retailer? w What are you looking for in a privately owned store?

パンク修理だけとかだと露骨に雑な対応されます。
It's a hospitality business, so it's a bit unfriendly to that extent ... There are some people who advocate it, but I think it's quite a poor response.
If it's just a flat tire repair, it will be blatantly dealt with.

接客態度は横柄でもなくて、質問されたことやサービスに対して必要なことを説明してくれるスタイルでした。

、ディレイラー調整をしていただきました。
料金が適正かは自身では判断できなかったので、各項目で明細を出していただきました。
部品代も市販価格との乖離もなく、良心的だと思いました。
コミュニケーションが普通に取れれば、とても快適なお店だと思います。私は、修理をしていただいて、感謝しています。何かあった際はまた利用しようと思いました（距離も近いので）。低評価は、お互いの行き違いがあってのことだと推察します。実際に店舗に足を運んで、お互い負担にならない程度に接客を受けてみることをオススメします。
