ココの病院さん。受付にいる女性スタッフや、働いている看護師さん達が。ほぼほぼ病院慣れしてしまい、お局様化していて、ふてぶてしい態度で接して来る。長期入院可能な病院らしいが。こんなスタッフ達がゴロゴロしてる病院に入れられたら、心が荒んで、絶対後悔してしまう。と、感じた。そう感じた理由…。 まず受付嬢。他病院より紹介状を貰い、事前に電話連絡してから、行ったにもかかわらず、行ったら行ったで「えっ誰!?」って反応。笑顔や挨拶すら無し。対応が雑。 看護師さん達。院内で見知らぬ人間が行き先が解らず迷子になって困ってて挙動不審になってても、何人もの看護師さん達が、声かけもせず、見て見ぬふり。それこそ笑顔も挨拶も無し。しったこっちゃねー感全開。 入院希望で来院している患者の家族に対して、「うちの病院は元気になって帰る患者は殆どいない。誰かが死なないと、ベッドが空かないから、入院待機で待つ事になる。いつになったら空くか?解らないので、ずっと空かないかも知れない。空いても、既に入院待機してる方が沢山居るので、入れるか?は解りません。」 なんて話。患者を患者と思ってないような言い草。また、患者の家族に対して言う台詞じゃない。と思う。 患者を断るにしても、もっと言葉を選んで話すべき。そんな対応の病院なら、中身は最低最悪なのは、言うに知れたトコロだと思われる。忙しいとか、人手不足だとかの問題でわない。人間の道徳。モラルの欠損だと思われる。そんな対応が日常的に行われているという事が予想しやすい。 そんな病院は嫌でしょ?。患者も家族も…?
