★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの入れ替わりが激しい。マッサージの上手な人は一人しかいなくてあとは見習いのようで、ぎこちなく後で身体が痛くなる。怖い年配の受付さんがいて待合室まできて患者に怒鳴りちらしていた。

受付では何も言われない(消毒・検温等)し、中では患者さんも職員さんも大きな声で会話されるているのでちょっと心配です。
お年寄りが多いので仕方がないのかも知れませんが、職員さんどおしの会話も大きな声でされているので、ちょっと考えてしまいます。

It may be unavoidable because there are many elderly people, but the conversations between the staff members are also loud, so I think about it for a moment.
